1. Data Controller
The data controller for personal data collected through this site is Yusuf Berkay Girgin.
2. Personal Data Processed
When you sign up for early access, we process your email address; if present, a source tag showing which channel you came from (e.g. ig, tt, yt, or direct); your browser's user agent string, used to infer the source channel when the tag isn't present in the link; and a record of the consents you gave (privacy consent, marketing consent, and which version of the consent text you accepted).
3. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed to notify you when the Fudiqo app launches. If you separately opt in, it is also processed to send you future announcements and offers about Fudiqo.
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), Article 5.
5. Data Transfers
Your personal data is shared with the infrastructure providers we use to host this site and store your signup: Vercel and our database provider, Supabase. Because these providers' servers may be located outside Turkey, your data may be transferred abroad. Beyond this, your data is not shared with any third party except where required by law.
6. Retention Period
Your email address and consent records are retained for no more than 12 months after Fudiqo launches; if you withdraw consent and request deletion before then, they are deleted sooner.
7. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request its deletion or destruction, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred.
